Mi Top 10 de productos para el Cuidado del Rostro/ My Top 10 Skin Care Products

Una de las cosas más importante en mi rutina diaria es cuidar la piel de mi rostro. Muchas mujeres no le dan la importancia que merece, Error!!! Con Una buena rutina de cuidado podemos evitar señales prematuras de envejecimiento, deshidratación y manchas. Una piel saludable y radiante habla mucho de tu imagen y de tus hábitos, es tu carta de presentación a cualquier edad ¿Quien quiere lucir descuidada y con una piel fea?

Últimamente he estado probando muchos productos de maquillaje y belleza y me emociona muchísimo hacer este post, porque soy de las que le encanta dar consejos y compartir mis truquitos… Soy un libro abierto y cuando descubro un producto que me gusta, restaurante, lugar y lo que sea que me guste, casi que hago panfletos y los reparto en la calle (Soy la más exagerada, “I know”) Todo el tiempo estoy probando cosas nuevas, y me voy quedando con lo que mejor me funcione… dependiendo del clima y las necesidades de mi piel.

Una piel bonita no depende de miles de productos, depende de una buena alimentación , mucha agua, limpiar diariamente, tonificar, hidratar y cuidar del sol… puedes ajustar una rutina de belleza de acuerdo a tu tipo de piel y presupuesto. La Mer “The Concentrate”: este es un serum que amo, siento que calma mi piel cuando está irritada por los productos de maquillaje o el enrojecimiento o rosácea que sufro constantemente en el área de las mejillas. Tiene poderes regeneradores, es para todo tipo de piel y lo uso antes de la hidratante.

3. Serum Auto-Defensa de Caudalíe: voy por el productos número 3 y no paro de hablar de serums, lo se!!! Creo que la verdad me fascinan, les tengo mucha fé y siempre los uso. Este lo uso de día, ya que actúa como una antioxidante y combate las aversiones diarias por contaminación o estrés. La textura es la mejor parte, nada pegajosa y deja la piel radiante. Apenas tengo 3 meses usándolo y me encanta!!!

3. “Serum Anti-Rides Activateur Declat” Caudalie: I go for the number 3 products and I don’t stop talking about serums, I know! I thing the truth fascinates me, I love them and I always use them. I use it during the day, it acts as an antioxidant and combats daily aversions due to contamination or stress. The texture is the best part, nothing sticky and leaves the skin radiant. I have only 3 months using it and I love it!

4. “Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate” de Estēe Lauder: el área de los ojos es la piel más fina y delicada del rostro, hay que cuidarla muchísimo!!! Yo para eso estoy usando dos productos, este de Estēe Lauder que repara e hidrata y funciona como un serum o concentrado y luego uso una crema hidratante para el contorno de ojos.

4. “Advanced Night Repair Eye Concentrate” Estēe Lauder: the area of the eyes is the finest and most delicate skin of the face, we have to take too much care of it! For that I’m using two products, this one from Este Lauder that repairs and hydrates and works like a serum or concentrate and then I use moisturizer for the eye contour.

5. Nutritive Cleanser de Perricone: Estoy usando este gel para limpiar mi rostro y dejarlo libre de impurezas después del maquillaje. Me gusta porque no reseca mi piel y se siente suave, he probado miles de jabones (créanme! Miles!!!) y encontrar uno que deje la piel bonita y que no me la enrojezca, para mi es difícil!!! Lo uso dos veces al día, en la mañana y en la noche y deja mi piel lista para el tratamiento de hidratación.

5. Nutritive Cleanser of Perricone: I’m using this gel to cleanse my face and leave it free of impurities after makeup. I like because it doesn’t dry my skin and it feels soft, I have tried thousands of soaps and find one that leaves the skin beautiful a that doesn’t make me red, it’s hard for me.

6. “Masque Peel Double Éclat” de Vichy: es un tesorito que descubrí en la farmacia, es una mascarilla con roca volcánica que funciona como un exfoliante muy suave, elimina las células muertas y mejora la textura de la piel. Se deja por 5 minutos frotando muy suave, dejas 5 minutos, retiras con agua y listo! La uso una vez a la semana.

6. “Masque Peel Double Éclat” Vichy: it’s a treasure that I discovered in the pharmacy, it’s a mask with volcanic rock that works as a very gentle exfoliant, eliminates dead cells and improves the texture of the skin, Leave 5 minutes, remove with water and go! I use this once a week.

7. “Tonique Confort” de Lancome: Es un tónico e hidratante a la vez, uso este producto desde hace mucho tiempo también, huele rico, calma la piel (mi piel es seca y sensible) tiene extracto de almendras y miel y deja la piel limpia, libre de impurezas y confortable.

8. Ginger Leaf & Hibiscus Firming Mask de Kiehl’s: Tengo pocos días usando esta mascarilla y me fascina por varias cosas, la textura, el olor y el efecto que deja en mi piel en las mañanas. Es una mascarilla que se deja toda la noche y retiras en la mañana dejando la piel suave y más firme (Amén hermanas!)

8. Ginger Leaf & Hibiscus Firming Mask de Kiehl’s: I have been using this mask for a few days and I’m fascinated by several things, the texture, the smell, and the effect it leaves on my skin in the morning. It’s a mask that is left all night and you retire in the morning leaving the skin soft and firmer (Amen sisters!) 

9. “The moisturizing soft cream” de La Mer: La Mer tiene varias hidratantes con diferentes texturas, las probé todas… Está es la más suave y la que me va mejor, porque cumple su función de hidratar al máximo, no me enrojece y deja ese efecto de piel tersa que busco.

10. “Hydra-Gel Eye Patches de Peter Thomas Roth: Estos parches de gel para el área de los ojos son como mi súper secreto para cuidar la inflamación (Cuando tienes un bebé de meses como yo, créanme que es necesario!!!) mejora los círculos oscuros, líneas finas y la apariencia de la piel en esa zona, que es tan delicada y que sufre tanto cuando no descansamos lo suficiente.

10. “Hydra-Gel Eye Patches by Peter Thomas Roth: These gel patches for the eye area are like my super secret to take care of the inflammation (when you have a 11 months baby like me, believe me!!! it’s necessary) It improves the dark circles and fine lines in this area.
